Crazy isn’t it Ron! I ate it occasionally as a kid. It just helps to be more aware of what we’re putting in our bodies…I know our bodies will thank us for it and our kids and grandkids.

Crap Alicia, we raised our daughter Ann and our grandsons on the nuggets and I frequently joined them. It is no wonder why we have weight issues eating doctored food. What happened to the good ole fresh food?

Wow – we just ordered a 10 piece for $4.11 from Micky D’s. They are terrible compared to the flavor of Wendy’s nuggets. Artificial would be a good descriptor for that McDonalds product.

You know this doesn’t surprise me.

But haven’t had Chicken McNugget’s in years, neither has my 21 year old son.

Have to tell the story, when he was about 6 or 7 years old we were in a McDonald’s stopped to use the restroom while on vacation.

Well I heard a big eeewwwww coming from his “stall” and I went to investigate. What did I find, a couple of chicken McNugget’s in the toilet floating around. Have no idea why I said it, it was one of those “moments” and I spouted out “well maybe that is how they cook them” He looked at me and I looked and him and we both said eeewwwww. That image was permanently burned into our brains….. LOL neither one of us had chicken McNuggets since.

Yes, I have been looking at the foods labels on everything and it is sickening! I could drive myself crazy….at least I know I’m getting the right stuff w/my supplements. I try my best to eat whole foods and not the processed junk but it sometimes difficult and hard on the food budget.
