Hmmm, where to begin…

I am a busy mother of 4 children.  I work from home part-time and spend the rest of my time taking care of my little ones and my hubby of 12 years.  If you would have said to me 10 years ago, I’d be raising 4 children I’d say you were crazy!!  Life sure does take some unexpected turns sometimes and it sure did for us.  7 years ago, we had another child who was born with a genetic defect and passed away at the age of 1 year 3 1/2 months.  Who would’ve thought!!  So, we actually have 5 children, 4 here with us and 1 in Heaven. 

It’s been a wild and crazy ride ever since the day he was born, but I wouldn’t change it for a second.  We’ve learned so many things about ourselves, about the world, about our faith in God and each other and how to value life.  It saddens me sometimes to think that without having gone through such a traumatic event, our lives may have never changed.  However, through my experiences I have come to find meaning and am living a life of significance.
